Shari Pittaro, COTA/L, brings over 24 years of occupational therapy expertise to everything she does, from direct patient care across sensory clinics, school-based environments, and mental health settings to shaping the next generation of OT professionals as an adjunct instructor, tutor, and program assistant at Suffolk County Community College, where she earned her degree. Her greatest strength lies in her ability to teach and mentor with genuine passion, guiding students through complex concepts until that defining "lightbulb moment" clicks. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mother of three teenage children, one of whom has chosen to follow in her footsteps in occupational therapy. It is a reflection of a life truly built around a profession she loves.

Dr. Kara Fumarola is a board-certified Occupational Therapist with 27 years of clinical experience spanning acute care, long-term care, home care, school-based practice, outpatient neuro, and hand/upper extremity rehab, including six years as a Director of Rehab. As an Assistant Professor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at Maria College, she brings a deep, firsthand understanding of how students learn and what it takes to succeed academically while managing real-world demands.

Beyond the classroom, Kara continues to practice what she teaches, providing OT services through the Aging in Place Safely Program and driving assessments, and holding certifications in Compassion Fatigue, CarFit, and the "We Need to Talk" driver safety program. A Maddox Award recipient, she has presented at AOTA on adaptive equipment for cardiac patients and remains active in clinical education, program development, and professional leadership.

At Timisha Tutoring, Kara brings that same compassion, patience, and expertise to help students achieve exam success.

Quinn is a certified breathwork facilitator and somatic instructor who utilizes the breath, EFT tapping, somatic movement, and mindset coaching. She uses these modalities to help people release trapped emotions in their body and limiting thoughts and beliefs that are keeping them from achieving their goals and moving forward. Quinn is based in Cleveland where she lives with her significant other and her cats who always seem to make an appearance on camera!

Rose handles the day-to-day operations and technical infrastructure behind the scenes at Timisha Tutoring, ensuring the student portal, email automations, and digital platforms run smoothly. With a practical and organized approach to systems management, she works in the background to streamline workflows and troubleshoot technical details. Her goal is to ensure a seamless, reliable experience for the team and every student moving through the program.
